We are entrepreneurs ourselves, and we believe that amazing ideas take time and fostering to clarify and become ready for execution. Marina Adams, Secretary
Marina serves as Secretary of Mastermind Works. She is also a Privacy Officer and Compliance and Ethics Director at Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Marina helped to create the Compliance Function at the Bank, including the development and implementation of the Bank’s Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions, Privacy and Risk Assessment compliance programs. Prior to working in compliance, Marina was Counsel in the Bank’s Legal Group, and served as a Deputy Ethics Officer. She is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and is certified as CIPP/US and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist. Marina holds a B.A. degree in Philosophy cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and J.D and M.B.A. degrees from Boston University’s Schools of Law and Management. Marina has always been passionate about grassroots initiatives and is committed to helping others in her personal and professional life.
Iglika Dimitrova, President & CEO
Iglika Dimitrova is the founder, CEO, and visionary of Mastermind Works. With an immense passion for helping the little guy, she founded the organization to help struggling small business owners. With a background in businesses and consulting, she was able to use her expertise to build an organization that has successfully helped other businesses, especially those affected by the Covid pandemic.
Iglika previously worked as a Corporate Financial Advisor for Merrill Lynch and operated her own business since 2008.She received her MBA from Georgian Court University in 2016. She also studied Law at University of Ruse which has helped her to combine both the business and legal knowledge and be able to assist Start-Ups and Small Businesses.
Iglika is an irreplaceable asset to Mastermind Works, and her vision has allowed the organization to flourish, working closely with small business owners in need of assistance.
Robert Barry, Vice President
Robert Barry holds the role of Vice President and Treasurer at Mastermind Works. He has received a BBA in Accounting from Pace University and is the President and CEO of the Wilf Campus for Senior Living. He previously was the Chief Financial Officer for the Children’s Home Society of NJ, as well as for Community FoodBank of New Jersey. Robert’s expertise in finance makes his contribution crucial to the success of Mastermind Works. His passion for helping others aligns perfectly with the vision of the organization, which makes him the ideal person for this role. He is extremely dedicated and consistently goes the extra mile in making sure our client's needs are not just accomplished, but achieved to the highest standard.
Rebecca Bear, Trustee
Rebecca Bear is dedicated to helping others especially the marginalized communities of our society. She currently is a VIce President Wealth Management Sales Coach at Citizens Bank. Prior to that, Rebecca was a Relationship Manager at TD Bank and a Financial Advisor for Merrill Lynch Wealth Management Services. Rebecca holds a Bachelors Degree in Art of Phycology and is currently pursuing her MBA. In her free time, she volunteers at different charities. Her financial experience and her passion for serving others render her an extremely valuable asset to our organization in allowing us to help small businesses.
David Blaustein,Trustee
David Blaustein is a legal counsel for Mastermind Works. He has dual master's degrees in Law, obtained from Howard University School of Law, and Librarian Studies, received from Rutgers University. He has worked in both public and private sectors for over 35 years, and was the Head Law Librarian for the NJ Office of the Public Defender for 30 years. David is extremely dedicated to helping others, making him a fantastic addition to our Mastermind Works team. Not only his values align with our organizational vision, but his experience and expertise are unmatched, making his insight invaluable.
